Important Notice: Failure to vacate by the above vacate date is a breach of the Tenancies Agreement. As such, you may be charged by the Residential Tenancies Tribunal and be liable for compensation. If your lease has not expired by the above mentioned vacating date, you will be charged a broken lease fee (two week’s rent + GST) and will be liable for rent up until the property is re-let or until the lease expires, whichever is sooner.
